My Story
I’m just a man passionate about food and helping others love and connect and feel my passion through my food.
I was a cook in the Marine Corps for 9 1/2 yrs. and got out to pursue my cooking caress in the civilian world. Where I started at A steak & Seafood Restaurant where I learned and grew from 2 different head chefs. Before moving on to work for Sodexo a contract company that works in the dining facility for the military
I attended and graduated from Auguste Escoffier School of culinary Arts. Where my passion for food and cooking grew even greater.
Now My Goal is to serve those that serve and their Families and Friend’s and my Community.
